Eilis, Jean and Alison are committed to continued learning in order to keep up to date with the latest evidence-based research so they can deliver the best possible treatment.
Eilis Kinsella M.I.S.C.P
Eilis is currently a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.
During the past 10 years since graduating Eilis has worked with many League of Ireland and Airtricity league soccer teams as well as All Ireland rugby teams and professional golfers.
Eilis believes in using the most up-to-date evidence-based practice and uses a combination of treatment techniques including joint mobilisation, deep and soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy, strength and conditioning, and exercise prescription.
Jean Taylor M.I.S.C.P. M.A.C.P.
Jean has worked as a Chartered Physiotherapist for over 25 years in private practice and specialises in back and neck pain and sports injuries. Jean has travelled with the Irish Athletics Team to European and World Championships.
She also specialises in the prescription of orthotics for foot pain/poor biomechanics. Jean has recently started teaching mat work Pilates having completed the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute instructor course.
